Horizontal Steam Sterilizers
Horizontal autoclaves are the workhorses of hospital sterile processing. Keling Medical's KL Series covers chamber volumes from 100 L to 1,500 L in both cylindrical and rectangular chamber formats, with gravity displacement or pulsating vacuum air-removal, single-door or double-door (pass-through) configurations, and HMI touch-screen control. Every unit records the complete sterilization cycle so results are fully traceable, and sterilization efficacy is verified by both F₀ value and temperature-time criteria.
Typical applications: Hospital CSSD / central sterile supply departments, operating theatres, large clinics, pharmaceutical and biotech facilities.
